These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Load Metric Pro platform operated by Load Metric Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or connecting wearable devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Load Metric Pro is a fitness analytics platform that enables personal trainers and coaches to monitor client recovery metrics from wearable devices. The platform integrates data from Oura Ring, Whoop, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, and other devices to provide AI-powered training insights and recovery scoring.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Roles

• Trainers: May create client profiles, view client wearable data (with consent), manage training programs, and access analytics dashboards.
• Clients: May connect wearable devices, authorize data sharing with their trainer(s), and view their own metrics.
• Administrators: Have full platform management capabilities including user management and system configuration.

5. Wearable Data and Consent

Trainers must obtain explicit consent from clients before accessing their wearable device data. Clients authorize data sharing through the OAuth consent flow when connecting their wearable devices. Trainers agree to:

• Use client data solely for the purpose of providing fitness training and coaching services
• Not share, sell, or distribute client wearable data to unauthorized third parties
• Respect client requests to disconnect devices or revoke data access
• Maintain confidentiality of client health and fitness information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Access or attempt to access data belonging to other users without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform to provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the platform

7. Medical Disclaimer

Load Metric Pro is a fitness analytics tool and is not a medical device. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Data and insights provided should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making health decisions based on wearable data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Load Metric Pro platform, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Wearable data synchronization depends on third-party API availability (Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) which is outside our control. We are not liable for delays or interruptions in data synchronization caused by third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Load Metric Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on wearable data or AI-generated insights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
